At EVACUATED TUBES, we stand behind every product we sell. If any item fails due to defect in material workmanship, we will repair or replace it within the products specified warranty period. With a proper install your Evacuated Tubes should last 30 to 40 years of hassle free service. It is recommended that you tell your insurance company to add a rider to your policy to protect against vandalism. We will not incur any liability due to dropping glass tubes during install, vandalism or Force Majeure. 
While replacement evacuated Glass tubes are cheap the entire system is not. Also, when delivered to your job site or residential home you must inspect the packages before the driver goes. Our drivers carry insurance for all deliveries and once the driver is gone the items are considered delivered satisfactory condition. Take your time and inspect items regardless of driver statements. This is your responsibility. Ensure that you have properly secured and installed your tubes properly to withstand building codes. Some jurisdictions require building permits before install it is your responsibly to apply for permits.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to return or exchange process. All products include a 30-day limited warranty unless specified otherwise or have a manufacturers warranty. Solar Evacuated Tubes have a 10 year warranty. Evacuated Tubes will not be replaced if broken or vandalized only if the bottom tubes turn white. Please contact us for specific product warranty information.
 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days for a full refund less 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.

1. All items returned must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacture’s box. All of the product parts, manuals, accessories must be returned in order to receive credit.
2. Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.
3. Notify EVACUATED TUBES LLC within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.
4. An invoice must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit.
5. In the event or non resolution, any disputes shall be subjected to New Jersey Law arbitration system or by the court.
